❌ No Return or Refund Policy

At Bapji Mall, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products once they are sold and delivered.

This policy is in place due to the perishable nature of grocery items and hygiene considerations.

✅ Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we do not accept returns, we will gladly review and resolve issues in the following situations:

• You received the wrong item.

• The item was damaged during delivery.

• An item was missing from your order.

If any of the above occurs, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• A clear photo of the item(s)

• Your order ID

• A brief description of the issue
